History

Gala Corporation began in 1982 as a franchisee of a fast food chain in Los Angeles.  Over the years, additional locations and concepts were either purchased or developed providing us the diversity among brands as well as among the different dining offerings for our customers.  As we began to develop new restaurants, it seemed to spawn additional businesses that supported the core business of running great restaurants.  So were born our real estate & development, management and investment business.  Each and every one is somehow related to our humble beginnings within the restaurant business and each supports one another toward our goals of providing the best dining experience possible for each and every guest.
